These kids, they tried all kinds of new stuff today. I was shocked . . . .they ate mustard greens, they ate okra, they ate radishes. The kids that usually would be shy and would not try new things were totally willing to try new things today. It really brought them out of their shells. I think they’ll make that connection when they go to the store and they’ll say "Oh yeah, I remember when we saw those carrots growing underground."
